Need a delicious energy packed on the go breakfast or snack? These Granola bars are it! While I have a few versions of my granola bars, these are the most simple to make and require no baking at all! You can make a big batch and store them in the freezer and they keep well. You could also roll them into balls (about 4 balls per bar) and make them as "energy balls" if you don't want to do them in bar form. One of my all time favorite breakfast (or even a snack) is yogurt with granola. I make my own yogurt in the instant pot with either light cream or Fairlife Whole Milk (since it is low carb). I used to be able to find another brand that was lower carb too but I don’t believe they carry it in my area- Maple Hill Farms had a low carb filtered milk like Fairlife. Anyways, because the milk is already filtered I just pour it into the instantpot and then select the yogurt setting and change it to 18 hours. OMG these bars are decadent! A delicious dessert that brings together all the summer campfire s’mores vibes with a chocolate chip cookie- I mean how can that get any better!?
