There is no way there is intelligent life up that corporate ladder. Prices are being increased every single seasons and they clearly noticed that there is a lot less customers coming in. They dropped promos that would slash prices by half and that apparently was still profitable and brought more people in. I've had numerous DMs over my years at the Bux. All licensed stores though, none company operated. If you have a good idea that you think could benefit the store, or increase sales, or whatever other ideas you might come up with to improve the brand or operations or efficiency or whatever. Like, if we were getting bonuses or paid more to work these shifts it would be so much more worth it and would be more managable because we would likely have better staffing situations with better pay!
