I'm looking for a cat shelter in the walker area that can take in strays. I've called around but they either just take in dogs, or they say that my area is out of their jurisdiction. Some shelters also charge a hefty fee for each animal and I can't afford that with how many cats there are. Basically my neighbor neglected his 2 female cats and didn't bother fixing them. He threw them outside and now they are reproducing like wildfire in the area. He's been made aware of it but doesn't care and it's getting worse.
