So a few weeks ago I was itching for a weekend away so did some research into places near Edinburgh which are accessible by public transport. I found a direct bus from Edinburgh which served areas along the East Neuk of Fife - I believe it was the X60 operated by Stagecoach. So I made plans to visit Anstruther next month, hotel is booked, grand.
