Casey O’Brien set the tone for the weekend coming out and scoring two first-period goals Friday night in Chestnut Hill against the Boston College Eagles. From then on it was all Badgers. The fifth-year senior added two assists on the night for a four-point game.
Joining O’Brien with a four-point night of her own was sophomore Kelly Gorbatenko, all by way of assist. The No. 1 Wisconsin Badgers (4-0) poured it on all night, outshooting their ..read more

The Badgers quarterback had a much better second half than first half this past weekend.
Wisconsin Badgers quarterback Braedyn Locke had arguably his strongest half of football in the second half against the Purdue Boilermakers, finding a way to make good play after good play in the team’s 52-6 blowout win.
It was an eye-opening performance from Locke, especially given the fact that he started the game slow and had thrown two interceptions before really settling in and cruising from there, with one of them bouncing off the body of his receiver.
