Best world cup goal ever? A prime example of teamwork, understanding, cohesion and technical ability. My favourite goal in a world cup.

They did well at AFCON where as Tunisia is struggling. You get the feeling this is their best chance to top Tunisia in a qualifying group. submitted by /u/qwefnhhu [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

What I remembered is that Qatar made a historical comeback where they almost qualified despite only getting 1 point in the first four rounds. submitted by /u/VeryGood-667 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I was rewatching all highlights to the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and I noticed there's the exact same tune every single time, I can't find the actual song though. I thought it was the Moroccan chant Dirou Niya but it can't be it because I heard it in the highlights for the World Cup Final. submitted by /u/booranyu [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Hey everyone! I'm James, studying Sports Business Management at Manchester Metropolitan University. I'm working on my dissertation about the hosting of sports mega-events and the perceptions of multi-host city formats. Could you spare a few minutes to fill out my survey? Your insights would be incredibly valuable and help contribute to a better understanding of this topic. Thank you so much for your support! Im trying to research why this happened, and who oversees these things. Anyway, do any of you know who exactly in the US Government (or any other state, besides Brazil because I know it was the president at the time who paid their way in) approves the hosting rights of the US? I know about the CONCACAF but who exactl ..read more
