I want to replace my 2015 c300 luxury version bumper to a sports one to give it a more aggressive look since the luxury version doesn't look as sporty but don't know if that's possible, I don't want to buy a bumper and then not have it fit. Can someone help? submitted by /u/Unique_Funny_7034 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

About to pick up an S600, been obsessed with these Models since the “Wanna be a Baller” music video and the F1 Sound you can Achieve by Installing custom exhaust system, (Link: https://youtube.com/shorts/1vS1SWYD9zY?si=MmM8_deTfoCt5QT_ , since this model uses the same engine as the earlier model Pagani Zonda. What would I need to do / What kind of auto shops would I need to get in contact with to get a Custom exhaust built for my S class, Money is not an issue. submitted by /u/KillerBson [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I have the opportunity to purchase a California 1976 W114 280. The car has been sitting in the garage every since (24 years). It it is the carbureted version, has 237,000 miles, a clean, straight, rust free chassis & body, excellent interior, all original glass. The mice have been in it over the years judging by the corn kernels visible in the vents. I'd plan to ..read more

I have a recently purchased 2012 mercedes glk and both of the rear shock coil things have no shock in the center of them, is it supposed to be like this? but there appears to be one next to it, so maybe it’s fine? It just doesn’t seem right to me. submitted by /u/Witty_Tap_7028 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

W211: does suspension system need calibration after pump replaced?

We have an '05 E500 with deflated suspension. My mechanic said they wanted to replace the pump and valve block. I went ahead and did it myself, it was simple and straightforward, not much to mess up. Also replaces the relay. After startup, I can feel/see the compressor pump running. It also shuts off after a little while. But the suspension doesn't rise up at all. When I shut the engine off, I don't hear any hisses/leaks or odd sounds. One video I found shows the guy connecting a computer and working with suspension settings. Is this what I need? Is it required? Or is the issue more likely to ..read more
