A few days ago, I was at the beach with a couple of friends. When I was making this cake I decided to try using as little added sweeteners as possible. Fruits are naturally sweet and delicious, so I tried to use the natural sweetness of fruits as much as possible in this recipe. The whole cheese cake only needs 6 dates for sweetening!
