The struggle is set to continue for renters amid strong demand and low supply, although the pace of price gains has finally started to slow. The latest PropTrack Rental Report for the March quarter found national median advertised rents rose 3.4% to $600 a week during the first three months of the year, to be up 9.1% compared to a year ago.
