The Eat It and Like It Supper Club was created very quietly a few months ago. Members were given access to private dinners created exclusively for us. It’s a smallish group, 20 members in all. For years, Bluffton-based Heroes on Horseback looked forward to their annual Kentucky Derby party. It was their biggest fundraiser of the year. Once upon a time, it was a significant source of consternation in Eat It and Like It world.  It happened all the time.  At first it was fun, then it became less so.
