Honestly after that talking to early on in the season I was so far out on Quinn I wanted him gone then and there. As the season progressed I thawed and started to like him a bit, and thought he would get one more year especially with late season surges from younger players. But he's out now and we move on. Who do we want to step into those shoes? It seems like we have been in coaching purgatory since Mclellan left and I think we could use not just stability but consistency in that position.
