This is kind of a rant and a plea for people to use what they learned when beginning to drive. Lately I've noticed a lot more people not using turn signals. I've seen this from Avon to Greewood to Downtown. I am a safe driver and do not like to tailgate, but the lack of a signal has almost caused me to rear end the person. It's not just one instance, it's about 1/10 people I see driving. It's so simple! Use the signal and I'll start slowing down to give you room/time to turn! Hi reddit, I'm 3 weeks away from my move to Indy and was hoping to get some advice on something I've been thinking about. I'm moving to an apartment complex in Downtown Indy and will be parking my car in a garage about 5 minutes away from my apartment.
