 Its been what 2 possibly 3 years since I last posted. Burn out is what happened. I got so overwhelmed with everything that it just got to be too much for me to handle. I'll be honest trying to do the work that takes teams/groups hours to do by myself is extremely hard. so with all of hat said here in the next few days I'm going to remap my strategy, goals and vision.
