When I posted the recipe of achari chicken earlier I have mentioned achari pulao. Achari pulao is a one-pot recipe with few ingredients. I had achari pulao for the first time at a Pakistani restaurant. It was achari chicken pulao. I try to cook the dishes which I tasted in restaurants and cook them in my own way. I tried the pulao with store-bought mango pickle and we all loved its taste.
Achari pulao is done by using different ingredients like meat, chicken, veggies, Kabuli chana ad so on. This Pulao is the basic one.
I made this Pulao along with mutton gravy and cucumber raita for lunch.

A masala prepared with kingfish. you can also use any fleshy fish with fewer bones. Fish masala is a great combo with Rice and rasam or any dal varieties. This recipe will be different from the fish curry or fish fry which is usually made. First, we fry the fish and cook them in onion, tomato masala. At first, I planned to cook fish Polichathu, I also bought banana leaves for it. But finally ended up with masala as I was so hungry and couldn’t wait to eat. I Will try to make polichathu in the coming weeks .
I have already posted a lot of Seafood recipes. Check them also

Biryani with a twist by using fried mutton pieces. I usually prefer fried mutton or fried chicken to mutton or chicken in gravy or curry. I love to eat chicken 65 biryani, chicken 65 fried rice than usual chicken biryani or fried rice with chicken. I have tried this biryani many times and it has turned out perfect always.
