In a recent article by Vancouver Sun columnist – Douglas Todd, he cites: “Vancouver realtor’s advice on ‘how to avoid foreign-buyers tax’ points to larger problem”. In it, he refers to an older blog post from 2016 I had written regarding advice on “how to avoid the foreign-buyers tax”.
