But, finally things are moving forward again! We now have the first three rooms roughly laid out, and moved on to refining the puzzles and ..read more

Things went pretty well on Saturday @ Regreen Festival. Especially considering that we hadn’t been playing a live gig with kvsu for at least 4-5 years and we had very little time to prepare and rehearse (it’s been a couple of really intense weeks!).
The location was beautiful! The festival was super interesting, with talks about biodiversity and green infrastructures (by renowned philosopher of science / evolutionist Telmo Pievani, among others), night walks, workshops, food, a craft market and a lot more.
Our performance was a mix of field-recording collages, live sound creation using natura ..read more

A collection of links, videos and random findings from the web
Once again, this has been sitting in my drafts for some time. But good stuff is good stuff no matter how old it is, isn’t it?

Supercritical Redshift 6
A couple of videos showing Supercritical’s Redshift 6 synth at Superbooth 2024, the display UI is still a work in progress, but you get a good feeling of what the synth can do and how it’s made from these videos.
Nono Major Tom
It’s been out for a bit now, but in case you missed it here comes another video. I quite like how the desktop version turned out!
New Sequencer from Rabid Elephant
Unlike what the video says, the concept of this new sequencer is quite simple. On the keyboard there’s two sets of numbered buttons (1-4 and 1-5, top and bottom row), these store v ..read more

This is the finished version of the Kafka illustration I had posted yesterday. I had to redraw the central part of the body as the “hole” was a bit too big. As much as I like to work with traditional media, it’s nice to be able to fix things in digital sometimes!
The illustration was made for a reading on Kafka’s letters, focusing mainly on his letter to the father (here’s the original German version: www.projekt-gutenberg.org)
The reading will take place on June 1st at the Rationaltheater in Munich.
Here’s a link to their Instagram (the website is currently undergoing some maintainance): Rat ..read more
