As a self proclaimed fitness nut, I do struggle to switch off and relax. I’m so active, and my job means that when I’m not training myself, I’m training someone else. When it comes to the new year, the 1st of January always rolls around and the influx of ‘new year, new me’ resolutions flood social media.
