Heart of Twisters Spirit Day Sunday, March 8th   On Sunday, March 8th the MDT athletes will participate in the Heart Of Twisters Spirit Day benefiting our CheerAbilities Athletes! Teams will compete against each other to see who can raise the most money for our CheerAbilities athletes. One winning team will be selected from each location. We welcomed in the New Year the Twister way!   We kicked things off in January at NCA’s Capitol City Classic in Upper Marlboro and at Cheer LTD in Richmond! Our teams showed us that we have a lot to look forward to in 2020! At these events we took home: One 3rd Place Finish Three 2nd Place Finishes And THIRTEEN 1st Place Finishes! Our Twister Athletes took One Up by STORM!   In December our Hanover and Sterling Athletes competed at One Up Nationals on our home turf in Baltimore. Our athletes made everyone proud with their awesome performances! We blew the competition away!
