So this here is a snippet from Tanya & Shivam’s wedding, which begins just as they complete their varmala exchange and concludes just before their pheras ended. As the title suggests, it was a lazy afternoon. Moroccan musicians dressed in red played some traditional music, as the green cacti jutted out against the blue sky, and a black and white cat slept on a red carpet just outside a hotel suite from which the sound of laughter and chatter emerged. In this hotel suite, Avisha sat in a shaded corner as her mehendi artists worked their magic into the design on her hands and feet.
