A Universal heartfelt hello to you the reader, after a 3 year pause on this place of sharing. In a synchronised turn of events, I just realised that the last Blog post was written on my birthday 2020 and as I sit down to write here, I just celebrated another year around the sun, exactly 2 years later. I imagined there was something significant in this ..read more

There is often some degree of false self driving the identity project… this is what Yoga i-D (Short for ‘identity’) asks you to explore, in your self. “Asmita is the second of the five kleshas, which are veils or colorings that keep us from seeing the true nature of our Self. Hello Yogis! The quote above has been the foundation of my personal intention 2019, captivated by the musings and poetry of writer Victoria Erikson. These past days, I have had the absolute pleasure of sharing this quote as the leading contemplation for the Yoga Practice I offered at the Green Earth Awakening camp. By keeping this quote alive throughout the sessions, it revealed the beauty in simplicity. Not only can an intention last you through a practice, it can inform your lifetime. It certainly has mine, and I am full of gratitude how greatly received this exploration was from all of you ..read more
