I've used this same capsule wardrobe for the past 5 years and have many videos on it but I've recently become a size small and little by little I've had to give away pieces that were too big on me. Now I'm down to a small wardrobe where the pieces don't look good together and our lifestyles have changed a bit more because I do more exposure therapy and am outside more than I've been in years.
