Embarking on a journey towards grad school afterwards is definitely a milestone worth celebrating, but amidst the excitement, there’s a part of me that can’t help but wonder what life will be like when I revisit these words in the future. The journey as an undergraduate was difficult and tiring at times, but it was so worth it. Waking up early for morning classes, meet ..read more

photo credit: https://www.rockypointcreamery.com/about-us Out in Tuscarora, a town in Frederick County, there is this AMAZING creamery that of course has ice cream. I have gone quite a few times with my friends, and each time I try to get a new flavor I haven’t tried before. With over 80 flavors, it’s hard to make a decision. They also have a drive through which is pretty awesome and an indoor space as well. They also sell be ..read more

Hi everyone, today I want to talk about SPF/Sunscreen is an essential component of skincare that protects our skin from damaging UV rays. However, did you know that not every sunscreen is made equally? The two primary categories are mineral and chemical formulae. Now let’s examine the distinctions. Chemical Formulas Active components of chemical sunscreens include octocrylene, avobenzone, and octinoxate. These components function by taking in UV rays and turning them into heat that is subsequently expelled from the skin. Chemical formulae are frequently chosen for daily use since they int ..read more
