In January our client needed us to document the condition of their boundary. This project required a super fast turnaround, weather didn’t need to be perfect for this client. We managed to get onsite early to catch a gap in the weather and deliver the images and video required for our clients and their surveyor. Birmingham has an ever-changing skyline. This month we’ve captured aerials across the city up-to 400FT. These images are available for licensing directly with us and as framed prints. Aerial inspection. This month we’ve been working with LMC roofing based in Great Barr. Capturing aerial inspection images for their client also based locally in Great Barr, Birmingham. We were onsite for 2 hours to captured 50 detailed images and video clips around the issues at height. Water ingress. On this specific occasion water was entering the property in the front and rear bedrooms, this inspection was used for our client to achieve accurate quotes for the repair work required. Edgbaston has been our number one location for aerial roof surveys in 2019, something about the old buildings keeps us returning for roof surveys in Birmingham. This week we’ve been working directly with another homeowner on a 3 storey listed property. This week we’ve been working with a brand new client in Uppingham, capturing aerial images of their roof to examine for any roof damage and forecast any future repairs. The aerial roof survey went really well due to perfect weather, a light breeze and approximately 12 degrees. We notified the local ATC even though we were staying below 200ft and captured the whole roof area in approximately 2hours. Recently Colliers approached us to create a bespoke video of their new facility in Coventry UK.
