I'm really struggling to figure out what to do here and need help. I moved all my legacy NEO from Bittrex to a Mobile Neon Wallet a while ago when they were closing down in the USA. I just got a new phone and can not figure out how to move my legacy NEO to my new phone to another Neon Wallet, or migrate it to N3. I've always kept my NEO in a exchange so I don't have any GAS. I've migrated NEO from Legacy to N3. However, my NEO is currently stuck because I have no GAS to perform any transactions, and I'm unable to migrate GAS from the legacy chain because I only have 0.45 GAS left, which is also stuck. Haven’t logged into my ledger for over a year+ and after an update, I can’t see my NEO (I reinstalled the NEO app on my ledger after the update).
