We made the world's biggest spinach pie! Well, not really ;). Actually, we had a lot of extra spinach and wanted to do something with it before it went bad. We thought about making our usual individual spinach pies but decided to save time and make one big one.  If you're ever craving spinach pies but don't have a lot of time to make them (or if you just don't feel like doing all that work), this is a great way to get the same yummy taste in less time. Here's an easy recipe for a delicious vegetarian dish called Eloss Madinah which is Arabic for "potato of the city." Here's a great dish for chickpea lovers! This quick and easy recipe is the same as our Foule recipe, except instead of fava beans we use chickpeas. Here's a recipe for a tasty Lebanese soup made with meat-stuffed pasta and a yogurt broth.
