If there ever was a time to practice self-compassion this week would be it! This week’s Full Moon is taking place in the powerful sign of Scorpio. For those of us in Australia the Full Moon will be taking place on Saturday 6th May, however, for those in the UK or America the Full Moon will be taking place on Friday 5th May. My motto for any eclipse season is “expect the unexpected” and that has definitely got me through the past couple of weeks since the New Moon Eclipse in Aries. Scorpio energy is all about alchemy and how we can transmute our pain into our power. While this sounds great in t ..read more

Hello my loves, It’s been a while! As a baby entrepreneur who’s juggling a full-time flying job and a start-up business, I am extremely busy dipping my toes in all the areas! Unfortunately, due to that, my blog doesn’t get much attention these days. However, I have not forgotten her and as much as I delve into various other passions of mine (such as video editing, digital content creation, running women’s circles and coaching) my heart is still drawn to writing and expressing myself through the art of words. I’ve recently had an urge or maybe an intuition nudging me to come back to my blog… th ..read more

The global pandemic was a pivotal time in many people’s lives. I was one of these people! I don’t think I would be the woman I am today had it not been for the crash and burn of all the systems and constructs I had built my life around, one of these being aviation. Having no work or set routine for a large chunk of 2020 allowed me time to explore my interests and take up new hobbies. I think a lot of people can relate to this. A global lockdown and the closure of many businesses, granted many of us TIME to really sit and reflect on who we are outside of work and give TIME to things we actually ..read more

Where to start? I have been neglecting my writing for the past couple of months and I’m feeling so guilty for doing so! Therefore this blogpost is an attempt to redeem myself and catch you up on my travels for June and July. My flying hours for both months felt almost normal with the resume of a lot of flights and also being allowed out of the hotel room at certain destinations… finally I can see the light at the end of a very dark corona tunnel! JUNE My flights in June were not so exciting but the main event I want to discuss is my trip to Zakynthos island in Greece. I spent about one week of ..read more

Hello! I’m back after a little break from writing. I really want to return to regular blogging now that flights are slowly picking up. I am somewhat flying more these days as borders are opening… and then closing and then opening and then closing… is anyone else sick of this pandemic? Regardless this blogpost is entirely dedicated to my trip to Jordan last month. What an eventful little trip it was, I’ve included my Youtube vlog at the bottom of this post for those interested to see the visuals. Jordan as a country is so beautiful, I was blown away by it’s diverse scenery from the desert to th ..read more

Happy one year anniversary to our beloved covid-19, thanks to you I’m here in Playa Del Carmen sipping Margaritas and soaking up that warm Mexican sun. I’ve spent the past 3 weeks here, truly living my best life #sorrynotsorry It’s hard to believe that some parts of the world are still living in lockdown while here in Mexico there’s a sense of normality pre corona. I am feeling super optimistic about this year, with the roll out of the vaccine which I am scheduled to get in the next week, I believe things will get back to normal before we know it. This month I was supposed to be travelling bac ..read more

Happy New Year! It’s been far too long since my last blogpost. I’m hoping this year will bring me motivation to write more than I did in 2020. The past year was challenging to say the least, but here we are in 2021 and I’m feeling super optimistic about it. I began 2021 the best way possible by traveling to a new country. I had leave booked at the beginning of January for my best friend’s wedding in Melbourne. Unfortunately due to heavy restrictions in Australia I am still unable to travel home so I used this time to travel to Egypt instead. It’s hard not being able to travel home to see my fa ..read more
