guess I better get back to sanding our dinning room table. I took Easyoff Oven Cleaner to it a few weeks ago. Anyone ever tried this? I gotta say, I wasn’t sure, but it did remove a good majority of the finish and layers upon layers of stain in 2 twenty minute sessions. kinda wild. Now, I’ve got out my trusty hand-sander to get off the remainder. After that, I’m thinking of a giving her a coat of a clear matte something or other. This weekend I made my own weed killer ! We decided to go this route especially in our garden – we definitely want to avoid any chemicals that we might be ingesting. I linked the recipe + what we used below!   Natural Weed Killer Recipe 1 gallon vinegar (use 20% or 30% acetic acid- household vinegar is only 5% and is it typically strong enough) 1 cup salt 1 tablespoon dish soap (i’m using good ol’ dawn) Mix all ingredients in a spray bottle or pump sprayer.
