I'm running out of my anti-depressant medication and because my mental health facility randomly closed my case I'm trying to quickly recover and reopen that case. HOWEVER, the primary care provider listed on my Molina Medi-Cal card doesn't match that facility. So of course I go to my patient portal to try to switch over to the correct one and they aren't listed. I call the member service line, I'm transferred, I'm hung up on. There is nothing that gets my juices flowing like sitting outside on a beautiful day sipping a delightful magarita. I'm not talking that neon green bullshit your standard text/mex place serves that tastes like a melted Popsicle that was poured from a jug. I'm talking the freshest of the fresh.
