Seems most of them are S&M bikes, which are on the pricier end.
I have a freestyle bikes and all the components so just want to swop to a frame with a long chain stay and mellower headtube.
My current bike is very squirly on the track

Building an Expert XL bike for my 10 year old. He is 76 pounds and maybe over 57” tall. So far I’ve got 5.5” bars and at 53mm stem. 165mm cranks. 16 x 42 (54.47 gear inches) and 1 3/8 answer carve tires. Almost everything is different from last year, but he was on 160mm cranks and 54.74 gear inches. It seemed ok, but I’m also wondering if these cranks might be too long. He hasn’t tried anything yet and we have a bunch of snow still. Am I on the right track? I looked up some stock Expert XL bikes and the gearing was all over the place. It’s been a long time since I raced but anxious to get a race in. I’m a bit confused by the memberships. I got an email from USA cycling about a race membership but my local track seems to link to usabmx. They are different correct?

Anyone have suggestions for gloves? I just started about a year ago and now that bmx is starting back up in my area I’m getting all new gear. I currently have fly f-16 gloves and I don’t really like them. On the inside they feel tacky and rough. Looking for something that’s comfy and grippy, some funny design is a plus and protection is very optional ?
