What are the Monero community's suggestions for mitigating the negative effects of network spamming attacks that we've seen recently? I'll start with one: Adjusting the algorithm for choosing decoy inputs such that probability of selecting a decoy is inversely proportionate to the extra (above normal) amount of transactions. Thus, making it less likely that Black Marbles are chosen as decoy inputs.
