My best friend recommended me the show a couple of years back, and I loved it. Wanted to check out the book too, and when it was picked in the Book Lovers Club on Discord, I finally got around to it! This book is up all my alleys. It's dark, set in victorian times, a murder mystery and investigation.. I immediately loved it, and got Sherlock Holmes vibes from the writing style. Hello! I've got lots of exciting things to tell you, so let's get right into it! I managed to get new hair just in time for World Goth Day! I debuted it during my set on the big WGD stream.   Wayne Hussey fangirl for life here! Finally read this book at the start of the year (but forgot to publish this), and I absolutely loved it. I was extremely delighted to find out when I started it that Hussey had made playlists for every chapter! Listening to music is essential when reading a book about music. I was about to put on some The Mission of course, but didn't mind at all that my background music already had been picked out for me. We've just had out 5th anniversary as a couple, and thought it was worth celebrating. I've also been really starved for travel lately, so we decided to spend a night at a hotel.
