Was at a place once for lunch, and ordered their egg hemingway, and found it sitting on top of a certain type if hashbrown that was very fluffy and crispy, unlike a hashbrown ive ever seen or tried before, which I can't find any examples of this type of hashbrown online, let alone instructions for how to make it. Hi everyone! Today I tried to make malai kofta gravy. I used whole spices (cardamom, whole clove and cinammon sticks) but I accidently forgot to grind the cardamom and the whole clove, and now the gravy has big bits of whole spices that are hard to swallow.
