Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
1. 200g plain flour (I use the flour from Føtex Salling)
2. 1 egg (60ml) + water to 85ml
3. 1/2 tsp olive oil (2ml) - prevents the noodles from fraying during extrusion
4. 2l of boiling water
5. Salt - 1 tsp for every litre of water
Directions:
1. Attach disc with the biggest hole to the Philips pasta machine.
To mix the ingredients:
2. Run the mixing cycle of 3 mins each for 3-5 times, total 15 mins.
3. Gradually add in the wet ingredients. The mixture will look dry, but do not be tempted to add more liquid.

Ingredients:
1. 200g Plain flour (I use organic flour from Føtex - Øko Salling Hvedemel)
2. 1 egg (60ml) + water to 85ml (Do not replace water with milk here)
3. 1/2 tsp olive oil (2ml)
4. 200g Organic wholewheat flour from Føtex - Øko fuldkornshvedemel (not Graham flour)
5. 1 egg (60ml) or 2 TBS egg + 2 TBS fresh milk to 90ml
6. 1 tsp olive oil (2ml)

This recipe is adapted from Leo's Japanese Dojo, Cooking with Eddy Tseng and and SoSimYum after several rounds of experimenting.
Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
1. 200g plain flour (I use the organic flour from 365 Supermarket)
2. 1 egg (an egg is around 55-60ml) + water to 85ml
3. Approx. 1/2 tsp olive oil (2ml) - optional, if you are not using the noodles immediately, adding oil helps it to maintain its texture.

To the right is the homemade corn flour after sifting
Ingredients:
Pop corn kernels
Directions:
1. Add the kernels to the blender container until filled about halfway.
2. Blend kernels on HIGH until a fine powder forms.
3. Separate cornmeal or corn flour by sifting it with a sift.
Storage:
Place in an airtight container or plastic zip-top freezer bag, refrigerate and use within several days or freeze for up to six months.

Serves 4 - 6
Ingredients:
1. 350g Semola flour
2. 50g Graham flour or other wholewheat flour
2. 3 eggs + 1 tsp olive oil (5ml) with water (if required) altogether to total 180ml
3. 2 tsp salt (when cooking)
4. 2L water for boiling the pasta
Directions:
1. Add 400g semolina flour into the Phillips Pasta Maker.
2. Beat 3 egg and water together to 180ml.
3. Gradually add in the egg-water mixture into the machine.

1. 6 pieces of salmon (from the pack of 2 of 225g each in Danish supermarket)
2. 4 large carrots diced
3. 200g Mozzarella cheese grated as topping
4. 1 bottle of Dolm'o of Lasagne Tomato
5. 1 bottle of Dolm'o of Lsagne Creamy
6. 9 lasagne plates
7. Salt & pepper to taste
8. 2 TBS cooking oil
9. A sprinkling of chives chopped as garnish

Makes 1 round pizza of 8 pieces
Ingredients:
1. 1 Pizza dough (I use wholewheat version here)
2. 1 potato sliced thin
3. 1 packet of 200g grated mozzarella cheese
4. 3 TBS Truffle oil
5. A sprinkling of fresh rosemary
6. A handful of black olive cut into half each (optional)
7. A handful of pancetta chopped into small pieces
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven into 200 degree Celsius.
2. Wash, rinse and pat dry potato slices.
3. Coat potato slices with one tablespoon of truffle oil.
4. Coat the pizza base with a tablespoon of truffle oil.

Cooking Time: 3 minutes
Ingredients:
1. 250g of Semolina flour (Semola mel)
2. 1 egg with water totaling 110ml (or 95ml water without egg)
3. 2 heap tsp salt (for cooking pasta)
4. 1.5L water (for cooking pasta)
Directions:
1. Add 250g semolina flour to the Pasta Maker.
2. Beat egg and water together to 100ml or use 95ml cold water.
3. Gradually add in cold water or the egg-water mixture.
4. Let the machine knead the mixture for 6 minutes (this means for the Philips Pasta Maker, you need to knead twice as each round is 3 minutes)

Ingredients:
1. 400g flour
2. 3 eggs + water to 170ml
3. 1 tsp salt (when cooking)
Directions:
1. Make the noodles using the Phillips Viva Pasta Machine using the Angel Hair mold from Pastidea
2. Boil a big pot of water.
3. Add noodles and cook for 1 minute.
4. Run under cold water to avoid over-cooking after dishing out and drain.
5. Ready to be eaten or used in other dishes :-)
Additional Information:
