These are hydro matte tints that have a very unique texture and feel. It claims to be moistirizing despite having a matte finish. It feels like a siliconey gel tint once applied but dries up like a matte liquid lipstick. The color pay off is really rich and it gets more vivid once the tint has fully dried down. Luxe Organix Melt Away Cleansing Balm I was looking for an affordable makeup remover in Watsons and this one caught my eye. This cleansing balm is very affordable for 379 pesos per 50g tub.
