A curry isn’t complete without some naan bread to soak up any leftover sauce. Try this recipe for my low fodmap version. I don’t eat curry very often but when I do I love that it instantly takes me back to when I was living in London and would sample the flavours of Brick Lane. One of my favourite things about flavoursome food is it’s ability to evoke memories of moments gone. While I don’t have a curry recipe up on the blog (yet), there a number of low fodmap curry mixes from brands like Fodmapped For You, Mamaji’s, Lathasha’s Kitchen, SOME, Foddies, We Feed You and No Worries Curries. There were also certification/endorsement labels from Vegan Australia ..read more

I must say, I’m pretty happy with this recipe. It tastes just like the one we used to order from our local Chinese take away place when I was growing up. It also pairs perfectly with my low FODMAP sweet and sour pork. Making the rice in advance (I make it in the morning to turn into fried rice that evening) really makes a difference, so if you’ve got time this step is worth it. Even better if you can use leftover rice from the night before! Fried rice is a great dish to use up any leftovers in the fridge. I’ve swapped the pork in this recipe for leftover lamb and it still tastes great. Feel f ..read more
