Developer Kiwi Walks and publisher PM Studios announced the console release date for the turn-based RPG WitchSpring R. The title will launch on August 29, 2024, for PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The game will feature English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese language options. Publisher Focus Entertainment and developer DON’T NOD released a free demo for the action RPG Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden. The demo is available on PC (via Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with players able to play the first mission of the game and carry over their progression into its full version. Publisher Paradox Interactive revealed two new DLC packs for the roguelite deck-building RPG Across the Obelisk. Humble Games and Summerfall Studios announced a DLC expansion for Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical. Stray Gods: Orpheus follows the titular character after he is brought back to life by Hermes. The DLC — written by David Gaider and starring Anthony Rapp and Erika Ishii — will include six new original songs composed by Austin Wintory containing decisions that change the song and the story.
