Exactly what the title says.. I’m curious how many points y’all tend to have left at the end of the day? I try to eat as low points per day (not overconsuming) and sometimes have a ton of points left and wondering if this is “wrong” some people say you SHOULD use all your points for the day but then I feel like I’d be over eating.. thoughts??

I recently switched from an Apple Watch to a Fitbit and the points I’m getting from my walking/daily steps seems to be a lot lower than it was when I was using my Apple Watch.
Was my Apple Watch double counting activity and steps or is my Fitbit not giving me enough points?

I was at an in-person meeting today, and the leader said that there will be some new app features rolling out in May or June. She said they haven’t been told what exactly they are, but she said it is separate from the new Instacart feature they recently added.
Any guesses as to what those features might be? I’m wondering if they’re bringing back sleep tracking and/or Wellness Wins.
