Well… it’s been a while! I fully started a March Favs post… and then got some of the worst food poisoning (like my parents had to come take care of my kids because Matt was traveling!) ever; so that was derailed. Spring Break, Easter and construction took up the rest of the month. I was all ready to have both month’s favorites posted on time for April and got Covid! Gah!!! Ugh. This post is late. 11 days late to be exact. Thank you to the sweet people that have reached out to make sure all is well because I have been so “quiet” lately. Hello!!! So sorry I have not posted this month! I have been neck deep in various projects and lots of construction related busyness… I think (“think”) it should lighten up this month! That coupled with the freezing temps, I don’t feel like I have done much this month other than that, walk the dog and read and binge watch! Snow Boots – Funny story… well not too funny. I am so sorry this post is late! The end of December just ran away from me. To be honest, I am tired. So very tired! There is always so much work leading up to the Holidays, then we went straight into prepping the house for some demo for the new kitchen (which is months off), which means I cooked an aggressive amount of dinners and loaded a chest freezer in my basement.
