Bonjour,
Avez-vous des suggesti ..read more

This is a rant/ question. Im sorry for the English and length, im just not in the best headspace and don’t know where else to turn to.
I lost my job about a month lago, have been applying like crazy on Indeed, Jobilico, LinkedIn, and Canada Job Boards. No responses yet or the responses that are given the conditions are not the best (no insurance, low pay for the work, distance). I volunteer at a shelter for animals and asked if I could be brought on as an employee and unfortunately they said no.
I applied for EI the day I got let go and it’s still under review. I called them and they said “It ..read more

I'm in Vieux-Rosemont and back in March my landlord sent me a rent increase of 7.6%. I promptly declined it, because it was far above the average (and there was also a lot of neglect from my landlord). About a week before his deadline to open a case with TAL, he sent me another message stating there was an error initially and the increase must actually be 8.1%. I contacted TAL through their email service (because it's impossible to reach them over the phone) and I received a generic automated response that didn't respond to my predicament. What can I do here? Do I refuse again? Or is my landl ..read more
