Hey everyone, I've noticed that CNFL/ICE keep putting up new posts right next to the old ones, and sometimes even in the middle of a sidewalks. They never seem to take down the old ones, and it's making everything look super messy. Plus, there are some posts that look like they're about to fall! I've tried contacting them on Facebook and their official site, but they just ask for the location, and then ask again even after I've given it to them. How is this okay? Hey everyone, For the past two decades now that AyA keeps fixing the same leaky spots again and again in Escazu, Santa Ana, and San Jose. Escazu seems to have it the worst, though. So I'm planning to come to CR for a month (at least, potentially up to 3 months) and wanna make my home base somewhere near San Jose. I found a nice apartment between Heredia and Alajuela around San Joaquin De Flores. Does anyone have any experience around this area? What are the surrounding areas like. I've lived in Bogota before if someone wants to use that as a comparison for crime rates or sketchiness of the area.
