Sooooo for the past few weeks I’ve been shopping for a pole. I’ve watched tons of YouTube videos, read reviews and went through every post here on the subject. I DON’T LIKE THE POLE I BOUGHT ? Hey hey! I’ve been working my way towards an Ayesha (true grip) via Inverted D. I’ve held an Ayesha (both elbow + true grip) before, but only with an instructor present. I want to do it in the safest way possible. I feel I’m really close to doing it on my own soon as I’ve been taking conditioning seriously.
