As we ease into this final stretch of 2023 I have seven questions for you today that I love to ask myself at the end of each year to reflect on the past twelve months and the entrepreneurial road that I’ve walked down this year. It’s so easy at the end of a year to look back at all the things we didn’t do or compare our growth to everyone else’s when in reality we have always come so much further than we think we have. This mini workshop and the seven questions inside are here to hold space for you to reflect on the past twelve months of your entrepreneurial journey, see how far you’ve come ..read more

Next year will be my tenth of doing this work and today I want to share with you the biggest lessons I’ve learned about building a sustainable, thriving, and consistent client business without burning yourself out in the process. And spoiler alert: I won’t be sharing any super-secret one-size-fits-all formulas here because business is so much more human and experimental than that. Instead in this mini workshop I’m sharing with you how I’ve been fully booked with clients for a decade now and the three most impactful areas I’ve focused on in my business to find this stability in my work. My hop ..read more

As I gear up for the next enrolment of YS&SB in a few weeks and I have conversations with friends, clients, and the awesome humans inside YS&SB about how they’re feeling as they embark on their own launches too I can’t stop thinking to myself: I wish that we were having more honest and human conversations about the emotional rollercoaster that comes with launching. Because so often all we see are the highlight reels: polished launch strategies brought to life, the celebrations of reaching their sales goals, the reflections on the other side that are no longer in the thick of the anxie ..read more

How to Decide Which 1-to-Many Offer to Launch Next
Jen Carrington
by Jen Carrington

I tend to break down 1-to-many offers into four categories: the mini offer, the mini mid-ranger, the mid-ranger, and the high-ticketer. Let me break them down a little more for you. The mini offer tends to be £100 or less, but often even £50 or less. I also sometimes call this the toe-dipper - it’s a very entry-level offer for someone in your audience who perhaps isn’t ready to invest more but wants to dive deeper into your work and experience what it’s like to invest in what you do. The mini offer doesn’t always move the needle super significantly financially - unless you have a big audience ..read more

Burned Out on Client Work? I Recorded This Episode for You

So I have been fully booked out with clients in my business for eight years now and I am truly so grateful to be able to say that. The work I do with my clients is one of the greatest privileges of my life and also being booked out so consistently is how I’ve been able to stabilise my income, be the breadwinner for my family, and have the freedom to live and work on my own terms each day too. And, also, the messy truth is that I’ve also experienced burnout many times over the years in my business too. Because client work, whatever your industry, is a massive energetic exchange. If you’re doin ..read more

If you’ve clicked on this I’m going to assume that you are a client based business thinking about diversifying your income streams with some 1-to-many offers, or you’re curious if it’s a good next step for you. I have experimented a lot over the years with creating 1-to-many offers in my business and I’m now in a place where I’ve been able to significantly reduce my client workload for more ease and breathing room in my schedule and for more impact by being able to serve more people through my 1-to-many offers too. And I’ve also supported hundreds of my clients over the years to create and lau ..read more

The Three Different Types Of 1-To-Many Offers For A Client Business
Jen Carrington

So I was trying to do the maths the other day about how many 1:many offers I’ve created in my business these past eight years and I stopped counting when I got to 13 as I knew I was forgetting some but it was hurting my head to try and remember - I blame mum brain for this. I have up until this point in my business predominately run a client based business with some side 1:many offerings along the way. I’m now in a season of pivoting to more of a hybrid business model and increasing how much of my income comes from 1:many offers so I’ve been on quite a journey over the years experimenting with ..read more

How I'm Taking Three Months Off From Clients This Summer
Jen Carrington
by Jen Carrington

As of recording this I am just under four weeks away from signing off from client work for three whole months this summer. This is the kind of spaciousness I didn’t even let myself really dream of years ago in my business, the kind of spaciousness my body and mind have really been craving in my work these past few years. Because for many years now I’ve built regular time off in my business - usually somewhere around 18-20 weeks off from client work a year - usually spread out as a week or two here or there and then one month off over the summer too. But last year I heard this little voice wit ..read more
