A friend sent me an email on the benefits of drinking water at specific times. Her source came from the Mayo Clinic. I have not checked her source but I wanted to share it anyway. (Can never go wrong with targeted water drinking.) They are: 1. Drink 2 glasses of water after waking up to help activate your internal organs. 2.
