I have to submit a response for the RFE USCIS, it’s the I-693 medical exam so I want to make sure I’m using the best way to send it.
I was thinking of using USPS and maybe opt for certified mail package, or should I just do express? Should I use another carrier? I am sending it to the St. Louis Field Office, not a P.O. Box
Thanks!!

I want to say that the USCIS is one of the most inhumane organization or thing I have ever had to deal with in my life.
Having applied for a k1 in 2021 it took 3 years to go from that to getting my greencard. Getting the greencard wasn’t the worst of it though at least I was able to enjoy being with my wife whilst waiting. The worst of it came from the 2.5 years it took to obtain a k1 visa in which I was unable to spend precious moments with my other ..read more

Hello everyone!!
I just want to ask for those whom already submitted their packet and used “credit card” as form of payment have you experienced any problems?
I am thinking if we will use cashiers check or credit card in paying for the forms.
Any advise is appreciated :) Thank you very much!!!

the uscis denies my green card claiming in the letter that I traveled without having permission to travel, however I have combo approval, my card says it serves as i-512 advanced parole, I am desperate and don't know what to do, I went to Bahamas on the MSC cruise, and at the entrance I used my card with travel permission

I'm curious why you are paying for representation on an I130, I485, N400, or I290b or N336.
