After a long delay, transit riders who are part of New York City’s half-priced fare program will soon be able to tap-and-go. In a preliminary vote on Tuesday, the Rent Guidelines Board (RGB) backed rent hikes for New York City’s roughly one million rent-stabilized apartments for the third year in a row.
