My big outdoor hobby is Geocaching, I find something strangely addictive about rummaging in bushes for Tupperware. I love the rush from finding a cache in an unusual or dangerous location. Buckle up tight for this one, time to ride the Corona-coaster.
The last time we spoke I was taking cover after pushing red buttons, and merrily flipping the bird to 2019. Optimistic that despite some inevitable challenges ahead, 2020 was going to be good year.
2020:
In all fairness, it did start well. I completed my Geocaching DT grid, and received the exciting news that I had the honour of becoming an Ordnance Survey Get Outside Champion.
Look! Here I am Underneath Ben Fogle. Only time I can say that.

Yikes. 41. I made it.
What a year that was, with ambitious challenges set and even bigger ones thrown at me by life.
I even answered that age-old conundrum and found out what happens when you press that big red button.
With a couple of challenges to complete in the new year to finish my list and ease me through January, but here’s a recap of some of the pretty awesome things I’ve done to survive celebrate my 40th year.
