Just months after launching NC sports betting, legislators in the Tar Heel State could change up the law.
As NCAA President Charlie Baker pushes for states to ban college prop betting, Rep. Marcia Morey plans to introduce an NC sports betting bill prohibiting the wagers this session, which started Wednesday and runs until July 31, WRAL-TV reported.

Pennsylvania lawmakers want to prohibit customers from using credit cards to fund online gambling accounts, including PA sports betting apps.
Senator Wayne Fontana filed Senate Bill 1159 on Monday, calling for an outright ban on credit card funding for all online gambling. The legislation explicitly mentions online casino, iLottery, daily fantasy sports, and Pennsylvania sports betting accounts under the proposal.

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — Hard Rock CEO Jim Allen left open the possibility that other commercial operators eventually could join the Florida sports betting market in an interview last week at the East Coast Gaming Congress.
