Do you ever notice what I call the “New Year’s Gym” Phenomenon? Every year, without fail, the gym, yoga class, spin class is PACKED with people. For the month of January these venues feel like they are bursting at the seams, full of people with New Year's Resolutions. On January 7th my husband and I embarked on an adventure in Guatemala & Belize. We spent eight days biking, hiking and kayaking through the two countries.
