This might catch some grief but I opened a bottle of Insolito Añejo tonight and I liked it. I do taste the agave and it seems abit fruity and I do smell and taste the oak. For $50 bucks I don't see how you wouldn't enjoy it. I would love to see them age or in French oak or bourban barrels. The don fulano reposado is to date the best tequila I have ever had (that's not saying much because I am not well versed in tequilas) I find the pantalones very sweet in comparison to the don fulano . Quite frankly the pantalones isn't bad but I find it to sweet. I have a problem with tequila. Don’t get me wrong. I love tequila. It’s my favorite alcoholic drink. As long as it’s additive free of course. I have a large collection (70+ bottles). I’m not a tater though, every bottle is open and I drink them regularly. Every liquor store I see I feel like I need to go in and see what they have. Any details you can share? I picked this up this bottle of Casa Cofradia Reposado in Mexico in 2008 on a whim. I reserved it for my mortgage burning that is coming up in a couple years and I’m really interested in what you all could tell me about it.
