I once worked at a company that gave every employee a gift basket for Christmas. But how do you know exactly which benefits employees want? It is expensive and unhelpful to invest in benefits that employees don’t take advantage of. And how important ..read more

Employee incentives and rewards are a type of benefit employers can offer to boost employee morale, reward good work, and recognize employees for their service. Warehouse workers, and other deskless employees, have long been neglected when it comes to discussions about creating a great employee experience.
Consider, for instance, that only 13% of the 2.7 billion deskless workers worldwide have paid sick leave. Given the physically demanding nature of warehouse work in particular, this is a serious failing.
Neglecting the motivation and job satisfaction of your warehouse employees isn’t just unfair–it’s also a significant business risk. The recent e-commerce boom keeps warehouse employees in high demand, while retention rates are low. Compa ..read more

Warehouse workers are among the most in-demand employees, according to a recent LinkedIn report, thanks to the boom in e-commerce in the wake of the pandemic.
